University of Michigan Beta Site

Masstracker meter is measuring chilled water loop. Tracking temperature and flow rate.

Cornell University Beta Site

Installed in steam tunnel line. Working on interfacing with Energy Management System via Modbus. Evaluating performance vs. condensate return measurement and pressure and data interface integrity.

Princeton University Beta Site

Measuring superheated steam. Interfaced with Building Automation Controller (BAC). Sampling every few seconds and graphing flow history. Also capturing historical temperature and pressure. Ultimate plan is real-time monitoring of every utilization point in the system and billing each building by carbon footprint.

Beaumont Hospital Beta Site

Measuring saturated steam as 15.8 psig, 251°F. Transmitting totalizer signals (two 4–20 mA outputs) as mass units and BTUs to Building Automation System (BAS). Good confidence in readings based on historical records.

Caterpillar Beta Site

Application is transmitting readings via Modbus to Kepware system. Good confidence in readings based on historical records.

San Diego State University Beta Test Site

Application is measuring chilled water at low flow rates; configured as a BTU meter. Good test of accuracy at low end of rotor range; confidence in readings based on historical records. Typical frequency 55.98 Hz, velocity 3.0 ft/sec. Reading 20°F difference between T1 and T2 (placed at supply and return).
